Homologation UN for liquids on our SuperPail 23L

The new SuperPail 23L has obtained the UN Group III for liquids certification for transportation of dangerous goods by road. Extremelly severe test as internal hydraulic pressure, drop or stacking has been successfully audited. This new outstanding product joins the BoCan’s heavy duty family range. Other sizes up to 23L can be guaranteed to reach same homologation level.

Main tests to be passed concerning the aforementioned UN regulation:
1-Drop test from 0,80m at -18ºC.
Test requires 6 containers to be dropped once each at critical positions.
2-Hidraulic test (water) at 1bar for 30min.
Full of water, no leaks should be observed.
3-Stacking strength 3m high at 40ºC.
Column to stay stable for 28 days.
4-Tightness under air pressure 0,2bar 5min.
No air leaks to be observed.
