► Rectangular QuadTainer 5,8L with grid and In Mould Labelling. Wall thickness=1.35mm / Weight=180g / Cycle time=12s with IML and take-off. Runs in an electrical machine 250tn. Resin PP copo mfi=30.
► This 3,6L rectangular QuadTainer has a lever opening system to make it easy to use. Completelly water tight withoug any gasket. Runs in a 200tn machine. Wall thickness=1.2mm / Weight=140g / Cycle time=11s with IML and take-off. Resin PP copolymer mfi=40.
► QuadTainer 3,6L single cavity bucket mould. Needle valve injection point / Cu-Berilium inserts / Cycles in 8.5s without IML.
► QuadTainer 5,8L double cavity lid mould. Polypropylene copolymer / Cycle time 7s / Weight of each lid is 76g / Valve gate hor runner system / Special cuberilium configuration for fast cycling.
